Jul. 06 , 2018

Granite tri squares are on sale at willingprecision.com! Granite tri squares are made with one large face and two edges flat and square to each other with lightening holes.

Willing granite tri squares are used for checking the X-Y-Z axes on CNC machines, milling machines, CMM's. The granite tri squares are made of Indian black granite and provided with through-holes for weight reduction and ease of handling. All 6 sides are lapped to maintain flatness, squareness and parallelism.

Willing granite tri squares provide an excellent, economical way for accurately checking the X-Y-Z axes on CNC machines, milling machines, coordinate measuring machines.

Placed in the horizontal position, (on surface 3 or 4) the X and Y axes can be checked for 90° squareness. With the square in the vertical position, tracing along the vertical edge of the square can check the perpendicularity of the Z axis. Tri-Squares have 6 finished faces.

We also provide granite parallels, granite vee block and cast iron straight edge. More details via www.willingprecision.com!
